| 摘 要： | 在界定心理契约概念的基础上,运用管理学相关理论,结合体操项目特征,就构建体操运动队管理工作中的心理契约重要性作深入分析,并就具体构建需要注意的问题作具体探讨,指出应从以下三方面具体加以构建:1.确立以提供优质服务为宗旨的新的管理理念;2.与体操运动员一起建立共同价值远景;3.形成高效的管理机制,这其中具体包括建立运动员与运动队的信用机制,形成行之有效的激励机制和建立运动员人力资源保障机制。

| Abstract: | Giving a definition of psychological contract,the author expounds the importance of construction the psychological contract in the management of gymnastics team with some management theories.After analyzing all of these,the author puts forward some advice on how to build the psychology contract in our management,these are building a new idea of management based on serving for gymnastics athlete,making the long value program with gymnastics athlete,and building some mechanism of management for gymnastics team. |
