| 摘 要： | 本文在审视我国健身服务业现状、问题与发展的基础上,通过剖析美国大众体育健身服务业的运作经验或成功路径,来寻找和比较目前条件下对我国体育健身服务业可能有的各种发展启示。研究证明：美国的大众体育健身的组织化、法制化、市场化以及场地设施的运作方式和健身指导员资格认定制度等对我国体育健身服务业的发展有着积极的参考和借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The paper study the current situation,existing problems and developing of fitness service industry in china,analyzed America experiences and successful methods of mass sports fitness service industry,seek for all kind of potential methods of developing fitness service industry in china.Study shows America mass sports fitness service industry＇s systematization,legal system,market-oriented,the management of facilities and fitness instructor qualification confirmation has a positive references and suggestions function to China sports fitness service industry. |
