| 摘 要： | 以体育课程改革中的学校、学生家长以及教师各自利益为视角,以博弈论为理论基础来分析我国中小学体育课程改革进展缓慢、困难重重的原因,并提出以下建议：正确地认识体育与健康课程改革中的困境;国家需要改革现如今的高考教育制度,并建立与体育课程改革相配套的评价机制;提高学校领导、学生家长及体育教师对体育课程改革的认识深度。
