特级体育教师教学行为特征研究

摘    要:在收集整理国内外有关教学行为的研究成果的基础上,设计了反映特级体育教师教学行为特征的调查问卷,以40名特级体育教师为调查对象,对其教学行为特征进行调查。通过调查结果统计和因子分析,认为特级体育教师的典型行为特征是围绕教学重点与难点设计合理的教学程序,明确告知学生学练目标及课堂常规,采取措施保证学练时间,提供及时明确具体的反馈,仔细斟酌教学目标,认真制定教学计划,引起维持促进学生的关注,以成功教学为导向,课堂管理行为高效,准备场地器材,借助多种方式反思教学计划和课堂教学行为的恰当性。

Abstract:We designed the questionnaire based on the collecttion of domestic and abroad teaching behaviors research and select 40 grade physical education teachers as subjects in order to investigate their teaching behavior characteristics.Through the survey statistics and factor analysis,we accounted the following premium features: designing teaching procedure focusing on emphasis and difficulty,clearly informing students classroom routine t and raining objectives,taking measures to guarantee training time,providing clear feedback,very carefully considering teaching objectives,carefully developing teaching plans,maintaining the promotion of students,teaching-oriented to success,taking effective classroom management behavior,preparing equipment and taking after-school reflections.
