| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法,阐释了休闲体育在人类和谐中的多元化功能。分析表明,休闲体育的发展推动了人类社会的文明和谐与进步,人类和谐文明与进步促进了休闲体育的不断发展,并有着相互作用、相互依存、共同发展的连理效应。
