| 摘 要： | 现代篮球运动将竞技化、智能化、技艺化寓于一体,节奏正是这一趋势的最好体现。能否正确而深刻理解篮球运动的节奏并且运用节奏变化来争取比赛的主动权,不仅能反映一个球队的综合实力,同时也能反映出一个教练员在临场指挥中的能力与艺术。通过对篮球运动节奏的表现形式、影响篮球比赛节奏的因素及如何控制比赛节奏的研究,达到进一步理解篮球运动的目的。

| Abstract: | Modern basketball game is a combination of sports,intelligence,skill and art.Rhythm of the game is the most significant embodiment of this trend.Profound and correct understanding of the rhythm,nicely use of the changeable rhythm will make you to gain the initiative to win the game.It reflects not only the general strength of the team but also the ability and art of a coach.In order to provide favourable reference to the reasonable use of rhythm during teaching,training and contesting,I analyze the manifestation,influencing factors and methods of controlling it through literature data and logical analytical method.It will give you a further understanding on basketball game. |
