| 摘 要： | 体育场馆投资大,维护费用高,且收入有限,仅凭政府的投入难以实现可持续发展。同时体育场馆又具有准公共物品的性质,因而受法律的制约程度较高,这使得金融产品创新在体育场馆融资中发挥了巨大作用。基于金融产品创新视角,通过对美国体育场馆融资方式的分析,得出资产证券化模式是我国当前体育场馆可积极尝试的持续发展模式。

| Abstract: | The sports facility invests in a big way,maintenance cost high,also the income is limited,only depends on the government the investment to realize the sustainable development with difficulty.At the same time the sports facility also has the nature of public goods,thus receives legal the restriction to be big,this caused the financial product innovation plays the huge role in sports facility financing.This article based on the angle of financial product innovation,through to the American sports facility financing way analysis,obtains the asset backed securitization pattern is the sustainable development pattern of our country current sports facility may positively attempt. |
