| 摘 要： | 南通市作为江苏省一个中等城市,世界冠军、奥运冠军等竞技体育高端人才密集、持续地涌现,被誉为竞技体育的＂南通现象＂。通过分析＂南通现象＂的物质文化成因和体育自身因素,可以对竞技体育领域中的科学选材、业余训练、运动员培养方式和输送机制、运动员综合素质教育等方面有更为深入和全面的认识,对于探寻竞技体育改革发展之路完善举国体制优势也具有借鉴作用。
