| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法对体育教学中的心理健康教育进行分析,认为"心理健康"是国家体育教学改革的新思维和新理念,是体育教学的重要目标。在体育教育教学过程中要不断更新教育理念,改变教学方法尤其善用心理教育方法设计教学方案,促进学生的身心健康地发展。
