| 摘 要： | 中国古代体育有着丰富多样的内容：生命追求中的“养生”运动;军事训练中的“武艺”运动;宫廷生活中的“竞技娱乐”活动;节日风俗中的“游戏娱乐”活动;学校教育中的“修身教化”活动等。同时中国古代体育所表现的独特文化精神让世人瞩目：“智力并重”的哲学意味;儒道文化精神的文脉传承;象征吉祥如意的生命表现。

| Abstract: | The ancient Chinese sport has abundant and diverse contents: life in pursuit of "preserve one's health";"feat" campaign during military training course;"athletics entertainment "activities in palace life;holiday customs in the " game entertainment "activities;"self-cultivation and self enlightenment" activities of school Education.At the same time,the unique cultural spirit of the ancient Chinese has attracted worldwide attention: lay equal stress on "body and mind";the context heritage of the spirit of Confucian culture;the performance of life which symbolize "luckiness as one wishes". |
