| 摘 要： | 近二十年来,体育报道有了跨越式的新发展,其地位显得愈发重要和特殊。近几届奥运会举办期间,国内外有关负面事件的报道不断,这在一定程度上影响了奥运会赛事本身以及主办方的形象。有必要在2008年北京奥运会到来之前,探讨一些奥运体育报道相关法律问题。结合奥运会相关负面报道和新闻侵权两个方面,探讨用"法"眼看待奥运会新闻报道工作的重要性和必要性。认为在奥运会新闻报道工作中要避免名誉纠纷,合理使用肖像,勿闯隐私禁区,真实是避免侵权的关键。

| Abstract: | The recently 20 years,sports coverage become more and more important and special.During the Olympics held in recent years,there were always lots of reports concerning the negative aspect event which affected the contest and the sponsor.The current state involves a new thinking that we should search for some juristic problems about the sports coverage of the Olympics before the coming 2008 Beijing Olympics Games.Combining with two districts-the coverage of the negative aspect and the infringement of news right-concerning with the Olympics,this dissertation discusses the importance and necessity of treating the Olympics news report from a juristic vision.Pointing out that when we reports the Olympic Games we should avoid honorary disputes,and rationally use portrait,not touch privacy area,and the key of avoiding infringement is true. |
