| 摘 要： | 分析了体育场馆员工职业道德建设的基本内涵、工作任务,阐述了新时期加强体育场馆员工职业道德建设的必要性和重要性,进而提出主要工作对策。职业道德建设是体育场馆发展的原动力,是"以人为本"执政理念的具体体现,对于体育场馆实现全面协调可持续发展具有重要的现实意义。
