| 摘 要： | 在分析人、人素质等基本概念的基础上，探讨了体育院校加强大学生人素质教育的重要性，结合目前体育专业大学生差强人意的人素质现状，提出了体育院校加强人素质教育的途径：体育专业课程和人社会科学课程相结合；课堂教育与自我修养相结合；理论教育和实践相结合。
