| 摘 要： | 通过对连云港市、徐州市、淮阴市、盐城市等苏北地区6所高校大学生的体育锻炼现状进行调查研究，分析其全民健身意识状况及参加体育锻炼的内容、时间、投入等方面情况，查找存在的问题，并提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | By investigating and researching the physical exercises situation among the college students in the six colleges in the cities such as Lianyungang,Xuzhou,Huaiyin,Yancheng and others in north of Jiangsu Province,some situation about the consciousness,the type,the time and the investment of body-building is fully analyzed.Furthermore,some problems are sought and the corresponding strategies are supplied. |
