| 摘 要： | 大学生心理健康问题一直都是一个严重的社会问题，体育锻炼作为促进心理健康的一种手段，越来越受到重视。从心理健康教育的意义和任务着手，结合体育教育的特点和体育教学的实践，阐述在体育教学中开展大学生心理健康教育的意义及采取的一些做法。
