| 摘 要： | 西周的“射礼”是上古中国人体运动制度化的集中体现,故分析中国人体运动制度化要从“射礼”入手;而要了解西周“射礼”的组织机理,又须从“射礼”中的官制入手。西周的“射礼”是竞技运动“举国体制”的萌芽,这一萌芽的分析研究,对社会主义市场经济条件下竞技运动“举国体制”的建立与完善,对“科技兴体”战略的实施,对人体运动的健康发展,都具有启示作用。

| Abstract: | The research on the system of bureaucracy is the key to study "the Ceremony of the Toxophily" in the Western Zhou. "The Ceremony of the Toxophily" in the Western Zhou is the bud of "the system of the whole country" on the athletics. If the bud be studied thoroughly, "the system of the whole country" on the athletics, "the development of the physical activity relied on science and technology" and the well-ordered development of the physical activity be accelerated. |
