| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、实证分析法、专家访问法,分析了我国现行运动员保障体系的现状及存在的主要问题,认为我国现行的运动员型保障体系由三部分构成：行政保障、社会保障、商业保障,而行政保障在当前居主导地位,且比例过重,不利于我国运动员保障体系的可持续健康发展.对此类问题进行了归因分析,进而提出了重构我国运动员保障体系的设想.

| Abstract: | This paper has given an analysis on the current assurance system of athletes and the key matters.There are three parts in the system:administrative assurance,social assurance,commercial assurance,but the administrative assurance is the leading one and its proportion is too large.The paper has explained the status in quo and given some suggestions for the reconstruction of the system. |
