| Abstract: | The paper deals with the role of the administrator's sport experience in his development of psychological quality by means of documents, questionnaires interviews and so on. Based on this analysis it draws a conclusion that sport experience plays a positive role in shaping a creative administrator's resolute temperament, competitive nature and indomitable will. |
