| 摘 要： | 娱乐化体育新闻侵权问题的原因是多方面的。主观原因在于媒体报道过程中没有摆正心态和体育新闻报道的失实,客观原因在于体育新闻管理的薄弱、法律的不完善、高科技的发展以及当事人故意纠缠等。
