| 摘 要： | 重竞技项目的小项多，金牌数也多，且投资少，见效快，也是体育先进省市所开展的项目群。在广东、辽宁、上海、解放军、江苏、北京、山东、湖南（九运会前八）8个省市单位中，重竞技项目已成为影响其全运会金牌和团体总分排名的重要因素。重竞技项目的小项的不断增加，训练日趋科学化。

| Abstract: | Heavy athletics include many small items with gold medals, which need little investment and take effect quickly. Because of this, heavy tournament items have been launcled by many advanced cities, In eight city units of Guangdong,Liaoning,shanghai,Liberation Arm,Jiangsu, Peking ,Shangdong, Huan (the first eight winners of national games),the heavy tournament items have become the most important elements that influence the gold medals and rank. With the increasing small items, training methods become more scientific. |
