关于高校体育选项课对大学生身体素质发展作用的研究

摘    要:通过分析不同选项班的达标成绩,发现对男大学生而言,田径、足球和篮球选项课对身体素质的全面发展有积极作用;武术、排球、乒乓球和拳击选项课有助于爆发力、上肢力量和投掷能力的提高;武术选项课还对速度素质的发展有积极的作用。而对于女大学生来说,篮球、排球、乒乓球和艺术体操选项课有助于投掷能力和腰腹力量的发展;篮球、排球和艺术体操选项课对爆发力素质的发展有积极的影响。

Abstract:Analysis the up to par result of different classes, and gets such results: For male, The college students who take the course like track and field, soccer, basketball, improve all of their fitness; the men who take course such as Wushu, vollyball, table tennis and box, do good to their ourburst strength, strength of arm and throw ability; The students who take the Wushu course improve their speed greatly. For female, students who take the course of basketball, vollyball, table tennis and art Gymlinisis, do good to their throw ability and improve their strength on abdomen; taking those courses (except table tennis)will also improve the their ourburst strength greatly.
