| 摘 要： | 残障人是人类社会的一个弱势群体。残障人体育已有一百多年的历史。残障人体育在历史发展进程中不同种类的残障人体育都有着不同的发展阶段。这是因为残障人种类有几种，社会对不同种类的残障人认识状况不同所造成的。因此，通过了解不同种类的残障人体育历史演变，考察不同种类的残障人体育启蒙与发展，展望二十一世纪残障人体育，创造残障人与一般人一样能够随意参加体育活动的社会环境，提高其社会及人们对残障人的认识，让社会变得更加美丽、和谐。

| Abstract: | As a disadvantaged group, disabled sport has more than one hundred years of history. Different kinds of disabled sport have their respective development stages, which are created by the imbalanced development towards the understanding of disabled sport in different periods. Through retrospect of the history of disabled sport, research on the origin and development of disabled sport, and prospect of disabled sport in 21 st century, it will be helpful to construct an environment of more involvement in sports including of the disabled and the nondisabled and contribute to bring about the harmonious society. |
