| 摘 要： | 高等学校是开展阳光体育运动的一个重要部分,大学阶段是人生观、价值观形成的关键时期,这个阶段学生的可塑性很强,通过开展阳光体育运动,促进大学生养成终身体育锻炼的习惯。钟山职业技术学院位于南京高校云集之处,在民办院校中具有一定的代表性。本文归纳了阳光体育运动的历程,解读了阳光体育运动的内容,分析了钟山职业技术学院开展阳光体育运动的影响因素,针对目前钟山职业技术学院开展阳光体育运动的现状进行研究,以学院九个院系为研究对象,采用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析法等研究方法,通过对钟山职业技术学院的阳光体育冬季长跑、体育教学、课外体育活动、体质与健康测试以及阳光体育宣传与组织等现状的研究,分析目前钟山职业技术学院在开展阳光体育运动过程中存在的问题,同时探索出了一系列适合钟山职业技术学院开展阳光体育运动的具体措施,为今后阳光体育运动在民办院校的有效实施提供一定的理论参考。

| Abstract: | Colleges and universities to carry out the sun is an important part of sports,university stage of life,and values of the critical period plasticity of the students at this stage a very strong sunlight through sport to help college students develop life-long physical activity habits.Vocational and Technical College is located in Zhongshan,Nanjing University gathered in the office,in the private colleges have a certain degree of representativeness.This paper summarizes the history of sports sun,reading the sun sports content,analysis of Zhongshan Vocational and Technical College to carry out the sun sport factors,targeted at the Zhongshan Vocational and Technical College to carry out the sun to study the status of sports,to college 9 faculties as the research object,using literature,expert interviews,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics and logical analysis and other research methods,Zhongshan Vocational and Technical College through the sunshine in winter sports long-distance running,physical education,extra-curricular sports activity,physical fitness and health testing,and the sun sports publicity and organization the status of research,analysis of the current Zhongshan Vocational and Technical College in carrying out the sun during sport problem,while exploring a series suitable for carrying out the sun Zhongshan Vocational College Sports the movement of specific measures for future sun sports in the effective implementation of private institutions to provide a theoretical reference. |
