| 摘 要： | 随着高校不断扩招,就业形势越来越严峻,针对大学生开展创业教育显得尤为重要。运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,以各高校体育专业大学生创业教育体系中存在问题及新体系构建为研究对象展开分析和探讨,结果显示:院系领导比较重视;辅导员指导一般;师资队伍差强人意;教材不能满足体育专业大学生的需要;课程内容不新颖;体育专业学生就业观念落后,学习积极性不高。基于此,结合我省文件精神和体育专业特色,构建了创新教育新体系框架,为教育者提供理论和决策参考。

| Abstract: | With the continuous enrollment expansion,more and more severe employment situation,university students entrepreneurship education becomes particularly important.Using the method of literature,expert interview,questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics,the sports specialized university students entrepreneurship education system and problems in the construction of new system as the research object launches the analysis and the discussion,the results showed: faculty leaders pay more attention to guide the general;counselors;teachers just passable;teaching can not meet the needs of college students majoring in physical education need;course content is not new;sports students employment idea is backward,active learning is not high.Based on this,combine the Jiangsu province related document spirit and sports professional characteristics,establish innovation education new system framework,provides the educators with theory and decision reference. |
