| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、逻辑分析法和案例分析法等研究方法，在全国上下全力应对新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情的背景下，以体育健身手段传播和体育场地设施资源整合为理论基点，对体育在中国应对突发自然灾害及公共卫生事件过程中的思路与路径开展综合研究。随着全民健身国家战略的深入实施，运动健身手段和理念得到很大程度的普及，体育场地设施建设与运营也取得了长足进步，中国体育界有更加充分的实力和自信在国家应对灾害和疫情过程中贡献独特的正能量与强资源。通过总结和分析自2003年“非典”疫情、2008年汶川地震到2019年新冠病毒肺炎疫情区间体育软硬件资源协同应对突发事件的实际表现，对取得的经验与存在的问题进行了初步梳理和分析，为提升体育应对突发公共事件的能力与风险管理水平提供新的理论成果。

| Abstract: | Through the research methods of literature, logical analysis and case analysis, and under the background of coping with the new coronavirus epidemic situation in the whole country, taking the dissemination of sports fitness means and the integration of sports facilities and resources as the theoretical basis, this paper conducts a comprehensive study on the thinking and path of sports in the process of coping with natural disasters and public health events in China. With the in-depth implementation of the national strategy of national fitness, the means and concepts of sports fitness have been popularized to a great extent, and the construction and operation of sports venues and facilities have made great progress. The Chinese sports community has more full strength and self-confidence to contribute unique positive energy and strong resources in the process of national response to disasters and epidemics. Through the summary and analysis of the actual performance of sports software and hardware resources in response to the emergencies from the SARS epidemic in 2003, the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008 to the COVID-19 epidemic, the experience gained and the existing problems were preliminarily sorted out and analyzed, so as to provide new theoretical results for improving the ability of sports to respond to public emergencies and the level of risk management. |
