摘    要:产业生命周期是不可抗拒的客观规律,是影响产业发展的重要因素之一。目前,我国体育赛事的经营已进行了二十多年,在其产业生命周期中该如何发展已成为一个重要的研究命题,从需求、技术、竞争和创新几方面认识产业生命周期的特征因素,并借鉴体育赛事经营的成功典范NBA的战略举措,以我国体育赛事所处生命周期的具体情况为依据,为我国体育赛事作出了合理的经营战略分析和选择,现阶段,我国体育赛事业的经营发展方式主要为内部成长战略,竞争内容为目标集聚战略,竞争方式为防御型战略。

Abstract:Life cycle is irresistible objective law,is one of the important factors for the development of the industry.At present,our country sports business has been carried out twenty years,how to develop in the industry life cycle has become an important research propositions.This article from the demand,technology,competition and innovation aspects know the characteristics of the industry life cycle factors,and learn from the successful model of the NBA’s strategic measures,then made the rational operation strategy analysis and choice for the development of our country sports in the specific conditions of life cycle for basis,at this stage,business development of our sports industry is the main means internal growth strategy,its competitive content is the target concentration strategy,its competitive approach is the defensive strategy.
