| 摘 要： | 体育彩票作为一种特殊的经济手段和一种体育文化现象出现,是体育事业和经济发展的标志。体育彩票的持续发展,能够促进体育产业和全民健身计划的实施;拓宽体育的融资渠道,有利于促进社会资源再分配,间接拉动经济增长;体育彩票的持续发展,蕴藏着巨大的空间和潜力,有着重要的社会意义。规范市场管理,深化体制改革,国家垄断专营并制定法律予以保护,均是体育彩票持续发展的前提和保障。

| Abstract: | Sports lottery, occurring as a special economic means and sports cultural phenomenon, is the symbol of sustainable development of sports industry and economic development. Sustainable development of sports lottery can advance sports industry and the performance of All-people Sports Plan, widen the financing channel, promote re-distribution of social resources and indirectly speed up economic increase. The sustainable development of sports lottery has great margin, potential and important social significance. The prerequisite and guarantee for sustainable development of sports lottery are standardization of market management, deepening the reform of system, the State's monopoly sales and law protection. |
