高校体育选项分层教学影响大学生身心健康的实验研究

摘    要:为了探讨大学生选项实施分层教学对其身心健康发展的影响,采用问卷调查法、文献资料法、实验法、测量法及统计法等方法.结果表明:(1)选项分层教学符合大学生的身心发展特点,受学生欢迎,是一个有效的体育教学方法,可加以推广;(2)经过选项分层教学,大学生的身体素质明显增加,运动技术明显提高,表明其教学对学生身体素质的提高、运动技术的掌握效果良好;(3)经选项分层教学,大学生的情绪感受性、身体自尊均出现显著性的变化,表明大学生身体自尊与良好情绪体验得到提高,心理素质得到加强,有利于大学生心理健康的发展和良好个性的培养.

Abstract:Purpose of Research :Probe into the effects on students' physical and psychological health of level-teaching . Approach : questionnaire, documents and materials ,experiments ,measuring and statistics .Main result and conclusion(1)This method is a kind of affective P.E. teaching method ,which is popular and can be popularized. (2)Physique and sport technology of university students are obviously strengthened and improved ,which indicates the positive effects of this method on the improvement of physique and the grasp of technology.(3)Through this method ,university students' self-respect and good mood are improved obviously; psychological quality is enhanced ,and the method is favorable to the development of psychological health and the cultivation of good individual character.
