| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国的体育健儿在世界各大体育竞技比赛中创造了大量辉煌的战绩,也赢得了相当多的荣誉,业余体校作为我国三级训练机制的中间力量,一直担负着选拔人才,基础培养,以及向上级输送的重要任务。我国业余体校教练员的科研水平对我国竞技体育的发展起着十分关键的作用。影响业余体校教练员科研水平的因素主要有:教练员自身的先天因素,业余体校科研发展水平的硬件条件以及软件条件。通过对影响因素进行分析,提出了提高我国业余体校教练员科研水平的一些建议,主要体现在以下几个方面:首先要从思想观念上转变传统的轻视态度,其次要从制度上对教练员的科研的上进心加以鼓励和保护,同时要构建一个为教练员科研服务平台,最后通过强化教练员的知识能力和科研水平来最终提高教练员科研能力。

| Abstract: | Since China＇s reform and opening up, Our Elite athletes created a lot of brilliant record in the world each big sport games, also won quite a lot of honor, Amateur sports school as a level 3 training mechanism in the middle of the power in our country, has been for the talents, basic training, as well as the important task to the superior, mateur sports school coaches in China＇s research level of our country competitive sports plays a crucial role in the development. The influencing factors of amateur sports school coaches research level mainly include：the coach＇s own innate factors, restricting the amateur sports school research hardware conditions and constraints of the development level of amateur sports school scientific research level of software. This paper aimed at the influence factors are analyzed, and puts forward some countermeasures to promote China＇s amateur sports school coaches research level, mainly embodied in the following aspects：First to change traditional despise attitude from the ideological concept, secondly from the system of the coaches to encourage upward mobility of the scientific research and protection, at the same time to research for the coach to build a service platform, finally, through enhancing knowledge ability and the scientific research level of the coaches to ultimately improve the coaches scientific research ability. |
