身体视域下高校健美课程教学模式的构建与实践

摘    要:从项目文化和身体、精神、意志提升层面重新审视健美运动,还原和梳理健美运动的真实性内涵和项目特色,在此基础上,结合高校健美教学现状,找寻健美教学变革突破点。结果表明:健美作为一项体育运动,对参与个体带来特殊的身心体验,其项目文化围绕身体演绎和生发,呈现出鲜明的身体文化特色,关注身体理应成为健美课程教学理念设计的逻辑起点。健美,应当在改变身体认知和塑造生活态度方面有所作为。对此,经过论证、完善与实施检验,从教学理念、教学目标、教学方式、考核评价四个板块初步构建以身体关照为核心的普通高校健美课教学模式,以此推动健美教学改革,提高健美教学效果。

Abstract:As a sport item, Bodybuilding brings the individual involved special physical and mental experience with distinct body cultural characteristics. The paper put bodybuilding characteristics and cultural connotations as a starting point, use literature, logical deductive method and experimental research, study Bodybuilding development obstacles of oriental traditional cultural context, and combined with the university Bodybuilding teaching situation, re-examine and clarify the meaning and value of bodybuilding teaching objectives from the project culture and physical, mental and will. On this basis, the paper initially established as the core concept of teaching college fitness model from four aspects : teaching philosophy, teaching content, practice methods, assessment forms, in order to promote bodybuilding teaching reform and enhance teaching effectiveness.
