| 摘 要： | 采用献资料法，对作为一种化现象的排球运动，从分析排球化的内涵出发，论述了排球化的特性：传承性、鲜明的时代性和强烈的民族性，并结合现代人的特性，阐述了排球化的社会价值：排球比赛隔网对抗方式最直接最富有力度地表现人的本质力量；位置轮换的比赛方式满足了人们对机会均等、公平竞争的追求，培养了他们在激烈竞争中必须具备的基本素质；突显个性张扬，为人的个性自由发展提供了机会。
