| 摘 要： | 目的：检验运动员完美主义、自主和控制动机与体育道德取向之间的关系，并考察自主和控制动机在完美主义与体育道德取向之间的中介作用。方法：采用问卷调查法对 243名青少年运动员的完美主义、自主和控制动机与体育道德取向进行测量。结果显示：①完美主义追求对体育道德取向有显著的正向预测效应，完美主义担心对体育道德取向有显著负向预测效应；②自主动机对体育道德取向有显著正向预测效应，控制动机对体育道德取向有显著负向预测效应；③自主和控制动机在运动员完美主义与体育道德取向之间起部分中介作用。完美主义追求和完美主义担心不仅对运动员体育道德取向产生显著直接效应，同时还分别通过自主和控制动机对运动员体育道德取向产生显著间接效应。持有完美主义担心的运动员更易形成控制动机，从而更有可能产生消极的体育道德取向；而持有完美主义追求的运动员更易形成自主动机，从而更有可能产生积极的体育道德取向。

| Abstract: | Abstract: Objective: to examine the relationship among Perfectionism, autonomy and control motivation and sports moral orientation of athletes, and investigate the mediating role of autonomy and control motivation between perfectionism and sports moral orientation. Methods: a questionnaire survey was conducted to measure the perfectionism, autonomy and control motivation and sports moral orientation of 243 young athletes. The results show that: (1) perfectionism pursuit has a significant positive predictive effect on sports moral orientation, while perfectionism worry has a significant negative predictive effect on sports moral orientation.(2)The results show that the self driving machine has a significant positive predictive effect on sports moral orientation, and the control motivation has a significant negative predictive effect on sports moral orientation.(3)Autonomy and control motivation play a part of mediating role between perfectionism and sports moral orientation. Perfectionism pursuit and perfectionism worry not only have a significant direct effect on Athletes'' sports moral orientation, but also have a significant indirect effect on Athletes'' sports moral orientation through independent and control motivation. The results show that athletes with perfectionism fear are more likely to form control motivation, which is more likely to produce negative sports moral orientation; The athletes with perfectionism pursuit are more likely to form self initiative, which is more likely to produce positive sports moral orientation. |
