| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法,归纳法,阐述了"运动竞赛信息化"的定义,解析了"科技奥运"理念的提出对我国运动竞赛信息化建设的意义,认为2008年"数字奥运"目标的确立为我国运动竞赛信息化的发展带来的机遇与挑战,应加快我国运动竞赛信息化建设,变革运动竞赛管理,宏观上必须要变革运动竞赛管理理念,进行运动竞赛管理机构的调整,中观上要培养运动竞赛信息化人才,微观上开发运动竞赛信息系统时要注意其价值性、成熟性、可靠性、安全性。
