| 摘 要： | 青奥会志愿者队伍是青奥会的主要人力资源，尽快启动并建设一支高水平的青奥会志愿者队伍对2014年南京青奥会举办成功意义重大。运用社会学、体育学的理论与方法，对南京青奥会志愿者的资源成分、能力架构进行分析，阐述南京青奥会志愿者的培训方略，构勒南京青奥会志愿者的组织管理范式，旨为2014年南京青奥会志愿者队伍提供建设性参考。

| Abstract: | Youth Olympic volunteer force is a major human resources. It has an important meaning to start and build a high level of young Olympic volunteers on the Youth Olympics in 2014 held in Nanjing. With the methods of sociology, sports science theories, this paper analyzed Nanjing Youth Olympic volunteer resources components, ability structure, described in Nanjing Youth Olympic volunteers training strategy and designed the model of Neijing Olympic Volunteers Youth Organization and Management Paradigm. The main aim of this paper is to provide constructive information for the Nanjing Youth Olympic volunteers. |
