| 摘 要： | 阐明了人文素质教育的基本内涵及其培养意义，认为实施大学生人文素质教育的基本途径为：1)．充分利用体育专业的优势；2)．改革课程体系和教学内容；3)．开展第二课堂教育和社会教育；4)．加强师资队伍建设；5)．加强校园人文环境建设，改善校园文化氛围；6)．加强大学生的自我教育。并就实施人文素质教育提出几点建议。
