| 摘 要： | 体育在世界发达国家已成为发展和提高人体健康水平及生活质量的重要内容,被纳入日常生活范畴。分析了当代德国学校体育的发展趋势,从中得到启示:学校体育是社会体育活动的源头,大众体育是社会体育的核心,竞技体育是社会体育的本质。随着社会的进步和经济的发展,体育运动和体育教育应以满足于人类的现代生活方式,凸现运动增进生命质量“健康”的主题。

| Abstract: | Sports has become a major aspect to develop and improve health level of human bodies in the developed countries and has been brought into daily life.By peeping into the developing tendency of contemporary school sports in Germany,we can know that,to the social sports,school sports is the source,mass sports is the core and athletics sports is the nature.With the development of society and economy,sports activities and physical education should meet the needs of people's modern life styles and pay more attention to the theme that sports is helpful to improve life quality. |
