| 摘 要： | 过问卷调查、座谈访问、定量测试等方法，对华东地区部分高校在读研究生的健康意识、体质健康、体育锻炼状况进行了广泛的调查，并与本科生进行了比较研究。结果显示研究生健康意识较强，但体质健康、体育锻炼状况较差，这应引起各级各部门的高度重视。

| Abstract: | By inquiry research,information discussion and ration measuring,the author had a wide investigation on the condition of health consciousness,physical quality and physical practice of postgraduate students in some college in East China.Besides,the author had a comparative research between postgraduate students and regular course students.As a result,it proved that the postgraduates' health consciousness is rather strong.However,their physical condition and physical practice are comparatively weak,which should be paid high importance.At last,the author put forward some valuable advice so as to give some reference for some departments. |
