| 摘 要： | 分析了我国现行体育教育的现状．指出当前体育教育的片面性，即只重身体，忽视心理健康发展。在深刻剖析快乐体育的内涵的基础上，指出在学校体育教育中实施快乐体育将对实施素质教育、健康教育产生积极影响．并将导致全民健身运动的有效落实。从而证明在学校体育中实施快乐体育是切实可行的。

In order to do it better , author recommend happy P.E , By analysis the concept of happy P.E , he get a conclusion that practicing happy P.E will do well to realizing both quality education and health education , so does exercise for all movement . |
