| 摘 要： | 高校体育教学的形式和方法正随着我国对教育形式的改革而变化。如何搞好篮球选项课的教学，使学生尽快掌握篮球运动的基本技能是一个值得探讨的问题。本试图将程序教学的原理和方法引入高校篮球选项课教学之中，以完成现代体育教学形式下篮球选项课的教学要求。
