| 摘 要： | 在分析风险投资及其特征的基础上，进一步界定了体育风险投资内涵及功能，指出影响我国体育产业风险投资退出机制的主要影响因素在于：1）缺乏风险投资基金；2）风险投资收益不明显；3）缺乏专业人才和中介机构；4）风险投资对经济的贡献不明显。在综合分析欧美风险投资退出路径及其他风险投资退出方式的前提下，针对我国体育产业发展现状，进一步提出我国体育产业风险投资的退出路径在以下两方面：第一、加强二板市场和产权市场建设；第二、培育私人权益资本市场。

| Abstract: | The features of Adventure investment were analyzed in this article for the purpose of define the connotation and function of adventure investment in sports industry. Major factors affecting Chinese exit mechanism of adventure investment of sports industry were pointed out as following： 1 ） lack of fund for ad- venture investment ; 2 ） inconspicuous income of adventure investment ; 3 ） lack of specialized human resource and intermediary association ; 4 ） unobvious economical contribution from adventure investment. Meanwhile, on the basis of analyzing exit mechanism and solutions of western countries, writers provided exit solutions for the adventure investment of Chinese sports industry according to the current situation of China. The exit solutions were classified as two aspects ： 1 ） strengthening the development of second board market and property right market ; 2 ） foster the personal right capital market. |
