| 摘 要： | 采用特尔斐法，以相关评价原则为准绳，进行了多轮专家调查，经统计筛选，得出江苏省老年人体质测试的各类指标的评价权重，即形态：素质：机能分别为１：４：５。并针对此权重分布提出了评估江苏省老年人体质状况的运算公式。

| Abstract: | According to the special rule, Use the Delphy way, and get the physical monitoring'sevaluation system for the elder in Jiangsu province. According to three aspect: shape, motivation abilityand function, each proportion in all item is 1:4: 5. and gets the formula for culculating the result. |
