| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法等研究方法,从市场管理主体、市场准入、合同监管、产品质量、市场竞争等方面对体育健身娱乐市场的相关立法需求进行调查和分析。研究表明:应立法以界定体育行政部门管理体育健身娱乐市场的内容和范围、规定体育行政部门必须平等保护各种所有制的健身娱乐企业,明确体育行业协会等中介组织在市场管理中的作用;应立法规定体育专业技术人员应具有国家统一的职业资格证书;应立法加强对体育健身娱乐市场中的消费者合同进行监管。

| Abstract: | Using literature,interviewing experts,questionnaire survey and other research methods,investigate and analysis demand on the relevant legislation of fitness entertainment market from the main market management,market access,contract supervision,the quality of products,and competition in the market.The results show that: we must legislate to define content and scope of sports fitness and entertainment market of sports management of the executive branch,must equal to protect the ownership of fitness entertainment businesses,must clear intermediary organizations the role in market management;must provision that sports professional and technical personnel should have a unified state vocational qualification certificate;to strengthen legislation control of consumer contracts on sports fitness entertainment market. |
