| 摘 要： | 通过对我国转型期以来竞技体育利益分化成因与机制的分析,总结出外部社会环境变化、外部利益的客观存在、政府体育主体的自利性、交易费用以及条块分割的管理体制等利益分化成因,以及利益取向、利益分配、利益表达与决策、利益激励等利益分化机制的组成。并提出集权与分权管理的争夺将在我国竞技体育转型进程中不断推动利益分化行为。
