| 摘 要： | 新的课程标准坚持“健康第一”的指导思想，确定以目标的达成来统领教学内容和教学方法的选择，根据实际情况认真制定符合本校实际的高中体育与健康课程教学计划，是实施体育新课程标准的第一要务。就如何制定高中体育与健康教学计划的基本理念、格式、方法等提出自己的浅见，旨在与广大同仁一起探讨。
