| 摘 要： | 倡导学生主体,加强自主性教学,提高课堂效率,正是当前教学改革的主旋律,我们正是抓住这一场教改的契机,在体育教学上研究如何发挥学生的主体作用,运用选修课的形式,引导学生主动学习,主动锻炼,既学到了运动技能,增强了体质,又促进了他们逐渐形成了高尚的趣味和健康的人格。

| Abstract: | It's the mainstream in teaching reform to call for student-centered activity, to intensify self-determination of students and to improve the efficiency of class. We've caught the very chance to study how to play the students' role in class by taking the PE class as an elective course to lead the students to learn actively and to exercise on their own initiative. In this way, they have not only learned the sports skill, but also build up their bodies. Meanwhile it also helps them to form noble interest and fine personality. |
