| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、综合分析等研究方法对体育隐蔽课程和终身体育的特点进行了分析:体育隐蔽课程的特点有易接受性,产生效果的长期性,生成效果的持久性,接受过程的愉悦性;终身体育的特点有终身性、自觉性、自主性,从而得出了二者的契合点。指出了体育隐蔽课程对终身体育的作用:(1)促进终身体育意识的形成;(2)促进终身体育技能的掌握;(3)促进良好的锻炼习惯的养成。并提出了发挥体育隐蔽课程作用以提高学生终身体育意识的路径:(1)提高体育教师的综合素质;(2)提高课程设计的合理性;(3)提高学校管理对体育隐蔽课程的重视;(4)营造良好的校园体育文化氛围。
