| 摘 要： | 就提高青少年篮球运动员的战术意识这一问题入手,以江苏篮球青年队为例,总结出了五大培养途径来提高青少年篮球运动员的战术意识:(1)使队员掌握篮球理论知识和发展趋势以及经验的积累;(2)培养敏锐的观察能力;(3)加强技术、战术的规范训练;(4)培养战术思维的训练;(5)强化心理素质训练。

| Abstract: | This topic mainly aims the young basketball athlete's to realize this question and to obtain it,in which the author takes the Jiangsu basketball youth team as an example,which summaries five big ways to raise the young people basketball athlete's tactical consciousness:(1) The members grasp the basketball knowledge of theory and the trend of development as well as the accumulation of experiences;(2) The members own keen observation ability;(3)The way reinforces technology,tactical standard training;(4) The way raises tactical consciousness training;(5) The way enhances psychological quality training. |
