| 摘 要： | 主要采用问卷调查法 ,对广西、四川、云南、贵州、陕西五省、区高校体育教师的亚健康状态进行了调查和分析 ,发现对体育工作的喜爱程度、身心压力、人际关系、工作环境、生活方式、年龄等 ,是影响体育教师亚健康状态发生率的主要因素。提出应通过调解心理压力 ,树立爱岗敬业精神 ,保持生活的规律性 ,领导加强对体育工作的关心、支持等措施来降低亚健康状态的发生率。 |

| Abstract: | Adopt the investigation method of the questionnaire mainly, Carried on the investigation and analyze to Guangxi,Sichuan,Yunnan,Guizhou,Shanxi five province?district university sports subhealthy state of sports teacher, Find and like degree, of various fields pressure, interpersonal relationships, working environment, life style,age,etc. to what sports work, It is a main factor of influencing the subhealthy state incidence of teacher of sports?Propose establishing and love the professional dedication in the hillock, keep the regularity of life through mediating psychological pressure, Leader care about, support sports not to work measure come and reduce subhealthy incidence of state. |
