| 摘 要： | 中国社会的进步改善了社会活动的环境，中国体育的发展提升了中国体育在国际体坛的成绩和地位;;国际社会的一些新变化为世界体育的发展提供了机遇，世界体育的发展使得自身的国际地位提高;;中国与国际社会关系的日益改善，中国体育国际地位的上升，为中国参与奥林匹克运动创造了良好的发展机遇。在这种背景下，大力参与国际体育事务、加强奥林匹克研究与宣传教育、适时申办并主办奥运会、争取早日为奥运会贡献传统的武术项目、拓展群众体育并协调群众体育与竞技体育的关系、尽快实现奥运成绩的突破并进入第一集团成为当代中国参与奥林匹克运动的新焦点。新焦点的内容不是单方面为奥林匹克运动做贡献。而是奥林匹克运动与中国体育的互相促进与共同进步。新焦点的发展不是单方面为体育进步，而且为整个国家进步做贡献;;新焦点的实现不是仅为实力增强本身做贡献，而是寻求一种中国与国际社会、中国体育与奥林匹克运动良性循环的发展模式;;新焦点的实现需要中国做出巨大努力，尤其需要观念的转变。

| Abstract: | The environment of social activity has changed with the progress of china's social, china'sachievement and real force in international sport has been promoted by the development of china sports,some new chance has been given by the new change of world sport,some good developing mechanism ofChina's participation in Olympic movement has been supported by the improvement of relationshipbetween china and internatinal society and the rising international position of china sports. Under thiskind of background, the new focus on China's participation in Olympic movement is displayed that joininto the international sprots affair,enforce the propaganda and education of Olympic movement,becomeOlympic host city in a excellent time,provide reasonable martial arts into Olympic game in time,developmass sport and harmonize the relationship between mass sport and athletics,make a quick advance onachievement in Olympic game and enter the first group. The content of new focus in benefit to not onlyOlympic movement but also china sport,is benefit to not only sport but also society,and is benefit tonot only real force but also pattern. It needs china's hard work,even the change of idea. |
