| 摘 要： | 对草根体育消费进行了引入,提出了草根体育消费的决定因素——金融资本拥有。指出草根体育消费具有扩大内需、推力体育产业发展、践行全民健身等时代价值;目前的体育发展症结在于草根体育消费匮乏,造成这一现象的困境是可支配消费资本的不足,造成不足源于收入水平相对低下、政府保障的不到位和体育消费的弹性需求属性;提出确立＂自下而上＂的推进取向,提高政府有效体育公共服务供给、发放居民健身卡等推进草根体育消费的路径。
